Using cloud-based systems we can easily cut your bookkeeping time in half. You can see the numbers that matter and we can spot any issues early on.
You provide us with your invoices, cheque books , paying in books, bank statements and receipts and we process them into Sage.

When you start-up in business, making sure that enough leads exist to find enough work to make the business viable is usually job number one. Therefore spending time on bookkeeping might not be top of your priority list or your major skills set. We have a range of bookkeeping clients who bring in records to us on a monthly or quarterly basis to have records prepared.
As part of this
The majority of bookkeeping that we do is on Sage, but we do use other software if you already have it or if it suits your particular industry. The benefits of this are that if you start to employ an administrator in-house, you can buy the product and have all the data up-to-date. We can also produce aged debtors and creditors for you to monitor customer and supplier payments. It also helps us to prepare your Value Added Tax return if necessary.
We are also available to help out with short-term assignments covering sick and maternity leave or the training requirements of a new bookkeeper. As part of our new client process, we try to review records at the time of appointment so that if there are problems or quick fixes, we can give you more value from your monthly reporting pack.
We operate throughout Essex and are happy to work at your premises.
